Roanoke Baptist Church, 315 Whittington Ave., will celebrate Pastor Leon R. and Deloris Massey's 31st Anniversary at 3 p.m. Sunday. The speaker will be the Rev. Tommie L. Howard, of Davenport, Iowa, formerly of Hot Springs. Music will be rendered by local and out of town guests. The public is welcome.
