Dear editor:
About seven weeks ago, my doctor sent me to our CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs hospital to be admitted. When I arrived, the admitting area was closed, no one was around, and I did not know where to go. Just then a hospital employee, on her way home, stopped and asked me if I needed help. She then found a wheelchair and took me all the way around to the ER, where they were able to help me.
I'm afraid I do not remember the lady's name, but I want to thank her, and what a great example of the wonderful people at our hospital.
