Manager Ted Parks, with Wal-Mart on Central Avenue; Elks Lodge 380 Exalted Ruler David Ross, local Elks National Foundation Chairman Jim Brumley and others look over bicycles purchased with an Elks Grand Lodge ENF Beacon Grant, which was partnered with a donation from Wal-Mart. The bicycles, distributed on Christmas Eve by lodge members, brought smiles to 50 local children.
