On Feb. 11, the Zeta Chi Chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha will sponsor its annual "Doin' Time for Kids," a benefit for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Zeta Chi has sponsored this fundraiser since 2000. The event will be held at Orr Cadillac, 4555 Central Ave., where the "jail scene" will be created.

Volunteer "jailbirds" were recently welcomed by Brick House Grill owners Scott Cates, Frank Deuschle and Alan Janske to an evening of food and fellowship, as they prepared to meet the challenge of collecting donations and pledges. Donations made to jailbirds will go to support the research and ongoing treatment of children with catastrophic diseases at the hospital in Memphis

Zeta Chi continues to sponsor this event, as it realizes the fight against childhood cancer is an ongoing battle. The goal this year is to surpass the amount of money donated to St. Jude in 2014, which was $16,000-plus. If interested in making a donation, please call 276-3180. All donations are tax deductible.
