Loretta West, a first-year Master Gardener, is one of the six to 10 committee members who gather each Monday morning at the Southern Inspiration Garden in Garvan Gardens to prune, weed and care for the plants. As noted in the photo, this was a foggy work day; however, the white tulips were in bloom and made a beautiful contrast to the purple pansies.
