LITTLE ROCK -- McKendra Ugartechea of Hot Springs, was a May 2015 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law.
Ugartechea attended University of Chicago for undergraduate studies and majored in Anthropology. She earned summa cum laude honors at Bowen.
Ugartechea is the daughter of Craig and Jennifer Adams.
