What were the school board election results in the years of 1973-1977? This information is needed for a writing project of the NAACP, The Challengers.
I am researching the records of candidate Kenneth Smith. The records were usually published on the third Wednesday in September during those years.
I also need information on George Watson, who ran for city alderman between 1972-1978. The results would have been published on the third Wednesday in November in 1972-1978.
The election commission has no records of the above years. Your assistance will always be appreciated.
