Hot Springs High School ninth grade principal Gerald Hatley recently spoke at the Arkansas Community Foundation's 2015 annual conference held at the Little Rock Double Tree Hotel. The theme for the conference was, "Doubling Our Impact." Hatley discussed the challenge of increasing graduation rates and many components of the high school's Camp Troy program.
