Collinsworth, BYU upset No. 3 Gonzaga, 73-70

SPOKANE, Wash. -- Kyle Collinsworth scored 20 points and BYU beat No. 3 Gonzaga 73-70 on Saturday night, ending the Bulldogs' school-record 22-game winning streak and likely costing them a No. 1 seed in the NCAA tournament.

Byron Wesley scored 17 points to lead Gonzaga (29-2, 17-1 West Coast Conference). The Bulldogs' 41-game home winning streak also ended.

Skyler Halford added 14 points for BYU (23-9, 13-5) and Chase Fischer had 13. The Cougars have won six in a row to preserve their NCAA tournament hopes.

Gonzaga used a 20-11 run to pull to 71-70 on Eric McClellan's free throws with 2.6 seconds remaining. The Cougars inbounded the ball to Ryan Andrus, who was fouled and made both free throws for a three-point lead with 1.5 seconds left. Kyle Wiltjer's shot from beyond mid-court bounced off the rim as time expired.

No. 4 Duke 73, Syracuse 54

DURHAM, N.C. -- Freshman Justise Winslow scored a season-high 23 points and Duke routed Syracuse for its ninth straight win.

Jahlil Okafor added 13 points and 14 rebounds and Quinn Cook scored 17 points for the Blue Devils (26-3, 13-3 Atlantic Coast Conference). They used a late 20-7 run to roll to their 12th win in 13 games.

Tyler Roberson had 16 points for Syracuse (18-11, 9-7). Duke transfer Michael Gbinije -- who had 27 points against his old team two weeks ago -- finished with 12 on 5-of-20 shooting.

No. 7 Arizona 63,

No. 13 Utah 57

SALT LAKE CITY -- Gabe York scored five of his 12 points in the final 2 minutes and Arizona scored the last eight points to rally past Utah.

Brandon Taylor made a 3-pointer with 1:57 remaining to give Utah a 57-55. York then drew Jakob Poeltl's fifth foul and made one free throw and rebounded his miss on the second attempt and put it in to give the Wildcats a 58-57 lead with 1:39 to play.

Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, who had 10 points, made 3 of 4 free throws in the final minute and York hit two more to clinch the Wildcats' 12th straight win over Utah (22-6, 12-4 Pac-12). Kaleb Tarczewski led Arizona (26-3, 14-2) with 13 points, and Stanley Johnson had 12 points and 11 rebounds.

Boise St. 56,

No. 24 San Diego St. 46

SAN DIEGO -- Derrick Marks scored 18 points and Boise State rallied to stun San Diego State, keeping the Aztecs from clinching at least a share of the Mountain West Conference title.

James Webb III added 16 points to help Boise State (22-7, 12-4) win for the first time in four games at Viejas Arena and sweep the season series. SDSU (22-7, 12-4) had its 29-game home winning streak snapped. The Aztecs were playing for the first time since returning to the Top 25 after a two-month absence.

C. Arkansas 74,

SE Louisiana 72

CONWAY -- Mike Martin made two crucial free throws in the final 36 seconds to finish with 17 points and lead Central Arkansas to its second win of the season, a 74-72 victory over Southeastern Louisiana in Southland Conference play on Saturday.

Martin, who was 6 of 13 from the floor, made 11 of his points in the second half. Jordan Howard made 4 of 10 from long range for 17 points and Mathieu Kamba added 12 for Central Arkansas (2-24, 2-13). UCA's only other win was a 70-67 victory over New Orleans on February 7.

Southeastern Louisiana was ahead throughout the second half until Martin nailed a 3-pointer with 3:19 left to give Central Arkansas a 65-62 advantage. UCA made 20 of 31 free throw attempts.

Cedric Jenkins made 10 of 20 field goals for 21 points and Jimmie Duplessis added 16 for Southeastern Louisiana (9-19, 6-9).

Texas-Arlington 82, UALR 73

ARLINGTON, Texas -- Lonnie McClanahan had 18 points and 12 assists, Erick Neal had a key 3-pointer and Texas-Arlington beat Arkansas-Little Rock 82-73 on Saturday.

McClanahan celebrated his senior night with his first double-double of the season and the freshman Neal shot 4 of 4 from the field and 6 of 6 from the foul line.

Neal's biggest shot was a 3-pointer with 1:24 left that gave the Mavericks (16-12, 10-8 Sun Belt) a 75-69 lead. He followed 15 seconds later with a pair of free throws to push the lead to eight and UTA sealed the victory with 5 of 8 free throws in the final minute.

UALR (13-16, 8-11) trailed 40-31 at the break and by as many as 11 in the second but took the lead briefly at 67-66 with 4:32 left. UTA took the lead back for good 16 seconds later.

Roger Woods led the Trojans with 16.
