Sharpe named NPCC Student of the Month

Cameron Sharpe, a sophomore at National Park Community College, was recently selected as the Math and Sciences Division Student of the Month.

Sharpe will receive an Associate of Sciences degree in May. He intends to transfer to the University of Central Arkansas to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Physics with a minor in Mathematics. His goal is to obtain a degree in Physics and enter the research and education field.

Sharpe tutors students needing help in math and science courses for Student Support Services.

"Cameron is the kind of student that instructors love to have in class. His enthusiasm for learning and aptitude for mathematics and sciences are laudable," said Caleb Grisham, a math instructor at NPCC.
