HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE -- The Hot Springs Village Police Department will continue the National Traffic Safety Administration's annual Click It or Ticket program through May 31.

Building on undeveloped
lots will not be permitted
Outbuildings such as garages, storage sheds, workshops, gazebos, or swimming pools will not be permitted on any undeveloped lot in a residential zone, according to a Hot Springs Village Property Owners' Association news release.
The Architectural Control Committee can provide an exception to this rule provided there already exists a private residence and the outbuilding or pool that is being permitted on the adjacent lot is constructed across the property lines of both lots or connected by a wall, which must be approved by ACC.
Private residences can be built on more than one lot provided the foundation crosses the property lines of each adjoining lot. POA dues are required for each lot.
