Garland County Sheriff's Department Deputy Matt Cogburn spoke to Nichole Hutzel's second-grade class as part of their "Community Helpers" Social Studies unit. He discussed the role of law enforcement officers and what they do every day to help protect citizens and the community. Cogburn is the Mountain Pine School District Resource Officer.
