Center Fork Missionary Baptist Church, 1101 S. Moore Road, will hold its Christmas celebration, "Christmas at the Fork," at 6 p.m. today.

The celebration will start with lighting the church's manger scene display for the beginning of the season. At 6:30 p.m., there will be a singing celebration in the church multipurpose building, located behind the church. Several church members and Lake Hamilton Middle School's choir will perform.

Children 4 years old through fourth grade will gather in the fellowship hall to make Christmas decorations and eat Christmas cookies.

The celebration is a free community event. All are welcome.

Refreshments will be served after the musical performances.

Steve Carpenter's Sunday school class coordinated the event.
