The Cutter Morning Star, Fountain Lake, Hot Springs, Jessieville, Lakeside and Mountain Pine school districts worked with the Dawson Education Services Cooperative in Arkadelphia to write a consortium application to the Department of Human Services' Arkansas Better Chance early childhood program.
