Emergency personnel work a two-vehicle accident on Highway 70 east of Hot Springs between Bartee Trail and Boekah Street on Wednesday. Up to four people were injured in the head-on accident, which occurred when a westbound black pickup collided with an eastbound Mercedes sedan, Arkansas State Police Trooper Corey Ray said. The accident occurred around 4 p.m. The injuries were non life-threatening.
