HSV Computer Club sets monthly meeting
HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE -- The monthly general meeting for the Computer Club of Hot Springs Village will take place on Wednesday in the Coronado Community Center, 150 Ponderosa Way. A social time and help desk will begin at 6 p.m., with the meeting following at 6:30 p.m. A brief business meeting will also be conducted.
The program will compare and contrast the features and advantages of various browsers, including Internet Explorer's Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, and Opera. Users who wonder if their current browser is right for them will find it to be an informative meeting, a news release said. Attendees are welcome to bring questions. The discussion will not be anything too deep for even a browser novice.
Visitors are welcome.
Board election ballots due by Thursday
Ballots for the POA Board of Directors election must be returned by 4 p.m. Thursday in order to be counted. Late ballots or alternative ballot forms will not be accepted.
Ballots will be counted on Friday, as directed by the Election Day Committee.

Public relations firm develops strategic plan
The Hot Springs Village Property Owners' Association recently selected Ghidotti Communications to provide short-term public relations services and help with developing a strategic communications plan.
Ghidotti Communications is based in Little Rock. Since its inception in 2007, the agency has developed strategic partnerships with some of Arkansas' leading marketing agencies.
