Performance Foodservice held its annual food show on Wednesday at the Hot Springs Convention Center, drawing around 3,000 attendees. Performance Foodservice has brought its food show to Hot Springs for more than 25 years. According to Visit Hot Springs, the company is using more than 54,000 square feet of space for the event, which showcases the products it makes available to restaurants, schools, hotels and other venues.
