A Hot Springs woman was arrested on warrants Tuesday after allegedly using another woman's vehicle to help steal a motorcycle.

Carley Rose Marie Hyneman, 22, who lists a Ruella Place address, was charged with misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, unauthorized use of a vehicle and theft of property, each punishable by up to one year in jail. She remained in custody Wednesday in lieu of $3,000 bond and is set to appear June 6 in Garland County District Court.

According to the affidavit, a local woman stated she was providing temporary housing to Hyneman at her Westgate Terrace residence. At around 10 p.m. Thursday, May 19, after the woman had gone to bed, Hyneman allegedly took the woman's 12-year-old daughter and her 2000 Chevrolet 1500 pickup without permission.

The daughter advised her mother that Hyneman took her, the pickup and a bicycle to an address at Rockdale Road and Park Avenue near Fountain Lake School District. Hyneman allegedly forced the daughter to consume a Klonopin pill that was not prescribed to her.

The daughter also stated that Hyneman allowed a man to use the vehicle to steal a motorcycle on White Sulphur Road and bring it back to the Rockdale Road residence. Hyneman returned the vehicle and the daughter to the woman's residence at 4:30 a.m. Friday and packed her belongings when confronted by the woman about the incident.

A bicycle that was in the bed of the pickup at the time of the incident was missing once the pickup was returned.
