Hot Springs police officers celebrate with Hot Springs High School's state championship soccer team following a presentation Friday at the school. HSPD's SWAT team, in conjuction with the local Fraternal Order of Police and Chick-fil-A, donated $2,000-plus toward the purchase of state rings, the 31-member Trojans setting a goal of $5,000.
