Dear editor:
This could be the shortest letter ever written to The Sentinel-Record. However, verbosity does not necessarily make the letter.
As the presidential election nears, the only thing that I can really think of is the statement by one of our former presidents:
"The people are responsible for the character of their government. If that body be ignorant, reckless and corrupt, it is because the people tolerate ignorance, recklessness and corruption."
Study the candidates and vote accordingly.
