Hot Springs police Officer 1st Class Bryan Caldwell, second from right, was honored Friday morning by WoodmanLife Insurance Co. with its Lifesaver Award for his actions on Oct. 3 when he was credited with saving the life of a 19-year-old woman apparently planning to jump off the Malvern Road bridge over Spencer Bay.
