Vic Stauffer, the track announcer at Oaklawn Racing & Gaming, recently gave a presentation to the Hot Springs Executive Association about his history in the sport and the current race season. HSEA is a group of business people in the Hot Springs community who meet every Tuesday morning for a breakfast meeting.
