From left, Hot Springs Police Chief Jason Stachey promoted three officers during a ceremony Wednesday morning at City Hall, including Cpl. Frank Sears, who was hired Feb. 5, 1996, to sergeant, and Officer 1st Class Zac Rostan, who was hired Sept. 27, 2010, to corporal. Officer 1st Class Eric Wilhite, not pictured, who was hired April 7, 2008, was also promoted to corporal.
