VFW Honor Guard needs volunteers
Thaddeus H. Caraway Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2278 is in need of volunteers for its Honor Guard.
Formed in 1990, thousands of full military honors have been performed for deceased veterans and Posting of The Colors at special events.
For contributing as little as two to three hours per occasion, one can belong, at no expense, to a team built on comradeship and mutual experiences.

Emblem Club hosts patriotic party fundraiser
Hot Springs Emblem Club 194 will host a Red, White & Blue Party from 6-10 p.m. July 9. Music will be provided by the Jim Cotton Band. Hamburger, hot dogs, chips and dips, and apple pie will be served.
