Chevon Thompson reported a theft of a license plate at 2190 Higdon Ferry Road.
Robert Burrell reported a breaking or entering at 128 Hickory St. Missing were a speaker, amplifier, money and a CD player.
Rose Davis reported a breaking or entering at 735 Quapaw Ave. A locket, necklace and money were stolen, but the locket and necklace were recovered.
Miles Kenney reported a burglary at 336 Holly St. A window was damaged.
Hot Springs Convention Center, 134 Convention Blvd., reported a theft of a drill, impact gun and chainsaw.
Wanda Cantrell reported a theft at McDonalds, 200 E. Grand Ave. Missing were a purse, cellphone, medicine, money and keys.
