The Ho-Hum Exercise Group at First United Methodist Church recently celebrated participant Charlotte Gold's birthday. The group meets from 9-10 a.m. Wednesdays and Fridays in the church's Life Center, second floor. Activities include standing, balance and chair exercises in a friendly, social atmosphere.
