Dear editor:
I have a question for the city of Hot Springs. I would like to know why all the Christmas trees are all in the front of Arlington Park. They used to be spread out more. If the city of Hot Springs is going to put them all in the front of the park, why can't they put some other Christmas things in the rest of the park?
