Dear editor:
A short letter. A short prediction.
Several days ago our local morning radio talk show mentioned, by both the show's host and guest, that they had heard David Frasher, Hot Springs city manger, was looking at other employment opportunities. Since I and other program listeners were exposed to this "news," I believe it is incumbent upon Mr. Frasher and/or the city board to verify its authenticity.
If the city manager, who has been on the job 1 1/2 years, will either say he's staying or he is looking. If he is looking, we'd like to have his reason(s).
My prediction ... he's looking.
