Volunteer John Scaramella helps load donated items into a Salvation Army truck on Wednesday at the United Way of the Ouachitas building. Around 250 boxes of nonperishable food, cleaning supplies, pet food, toiletries, water and other items were donated by the community for Hurricane Harvey relief efforts in Texas.
