Elks Lodge 380 members participated in the "First Ever Prom" for residents of the Arkadelphia Human Development Center, one of the five centers in Arkansas which serve a total population of approximately 1,000 adults with severe intellectual and physical disabilities. The Elks were introduced at the prom, and their financial and social support, through the state's Major Projects, were acknowledged by staff and parents of the residents at the center. From left are Herb Carey, DDGER; ASEA chairman of Major Projects, Dr. Frank Selmar, and his son, Frank David Selmar, a resident; and Kacky Carey, Elk member.
