Southern Arkansas University Tech student Austin Noack competed in the welding division at the 2018 Arkansas SkillsUSA State Leadership and Skills Championships at the Hot Springs Convention Center on Tuesday. Noack won first place in his division. Noack is the son of Rick and Renee Noack, of Bearden, and grandson of Dolly Noack, of Hot Springs.
