Mrs. Arkansas America 2019 Charlene Simon will be signing photos along with Mrs. Garland County Cassie Vano and Mrs. Hot Springs Lauren Launius from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday at an open house for Arkansas Aesthetics Spa City.
The new business is located at 3935 Central Ave., Suite H, and there will also be drinks and appetizers and giveaways during the event.
