HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE -- Lesley Nalley, CEO of Hot Springs Village Property Owners' Association, has been elected to serve on the Board of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce, a private nonprofit corporation that strives to improve the business climate in Arkansas. The State Chamber is a network of companies working together to bring about a lower cost of doing business, fairer taxes, fairer regulations and less regulatory paperwork.
