Hot Springs Elks Lodge 380 presented recognition plaques to three community groups for Outstanding Display of Patriotism, and hosted the groups' representatives at dinner in the lodge. Awards were given based on appropriate flag displays, community involvement and inspiration of patriotism within the Hot Springs community.
