Miss America report finding no bullying a whitewash

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. -- Hours after a new Miss America was crowned, the Miss America Organization released a report Monday denying the outgoing one had been bullied by pageant leaders including chairwoman Gretchen Carlson.
