McHenry was later released on $6,000 bond and is set to appear Oct. 8 in Garland County District Court. McNeil, who also had a warrant for failure to comply, was being held on $12,500 bond and Meadows, who also had a warrant for failure to appear, was being held on $6,000 bond and both were set to appear Monday in district court.

According to the probable cause affidavits, after the SWAT team secured the residence, they located McNeil coming out of her bedroom, Meadows in the living room and McHenry lying on a bed with her child in their bedroom. In another section of the house, they located a man, who was determined to be the owner of the house and was not arrested.

In McNeil's bedroom, in the front section of the house, they reportedly found a bag with 3.1 grams of what later tested positive for meth and a glass smoking pipe. They also found a digital scale and numerous other items of paraphernalia and mail addressed to McNeil.

In the living room, detectives reportedly located a wallet with McHenry's driver's license and other ID, bags with meth residue, a bag with 0.1 gram of meth and a clear capsule with 0.1 gram of meth. In a front bathroom, they found several glass pipes and a bag with 0.2 gram of meth.

The Department of Human Services was notified and responded and took custody of the child. The affidavit also notes the residence is within 1,000 feet of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Hot Springs.

• A felon on parole was arrested on multiple felony charges Friday after police allegedly found a large quantity of cocaine, a loaded gun and marijuana inside his vehicle while he was at his appointment with his parole officer.

Bobby Lee Nutt III, 27, who lists a Lacy Street address, was taken into custody shortly before 4:30 p.m. at his parole officer's office, 615 W. Grand, and charged with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, punishable by up to life in prison, possession of cocaine with purpose to deliver, punishable by up to 30 years, possession of drug paraphernalia, punishable by up to 20 years, possession of a firearm by certain persons, punishable by up to six years.

Nutt was also charged with a misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana with purpose to deliver, punishable by up to one year in jail. He was being held on zero bond and was set to appear Monday in district court.

According to the probable cause affidavit, around 3:45 p.m., Nutt arrived at his parole officer's office for a scheduled visit. During their meeting, his parole officer asked him at one point if he had anything illegal in the vehicle he was driving and Nutt allegedly stated he had "a little bit" of marijuana.

The officer searched Nutt and reportedly found he had $520 in cash on his person so he was detained. The affidavit notes police had received information Nutt could possibly have illegal drugs in his vehicle and could possibly be "using, selling drugs and posting photos of what could be him involved in criminal activity."

Officers searched the vehicle he drove to his appointment in that was in the parking lot and reportedly found two baggies in the center console with marijuana inside, a total of 3.6 grams. In the back seat they found a backpack with a loaded 9-mm firearm and a set of digital scales.

They also reportedly found a bag with 159.8 grams of what later tested positive for cocaine.

It was noted Nutt was convicted on Sept. 22, 2014, of felony hindering apprehension and on Sept. 15, 2014, of possession of meth or cocaine with purpose to deliver.
