Hot Springs Fire Department personnel responded to a vehicle on fire in the drive-thru at the KFC/Taco Bell, 141 E. Grand Ave. on Wednesday. Lt. Alan Wilson said there were no injuries.
"The driver had the forethought to drive away from the building," Wilson said.
The call for the fire came in at 10:54 a.m., and as it was initially believed the vehicle was against the building, HSFD had a full response.
One fire truck and four firefighters handled the fire after they saw the building was not in danger.
