Two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision at 2214 Highway 270 west in Hot Spring County just east of Hot Springs Tuesday morning.
The wreck occurred when the male driver of a Chevrolet Silverado, which was westbound on the highway, reportedly drifted left from the inside lane across the turn lane into the inside eastbound lane, striking a Buick LaCrosse, driven by a female, head-on at around 8:35 a.m.
Both drivers were transported to an area hospital for treatment.
