Jerry Dale Turner, 54-year-old native of Fountain Lake, Ark., passed away March 19, 2024.
He was born Aug. 1, 1969, in Hot Springs, Ark., to Jimmy Turner and Shirley Miller-Stephens.
Jerry graduated from Fountain Lake High School in 1988.
Jerry worked as a truck driver for most of his life with TD Trucking, Werner Trucking, Tuttle and Tuttle Trucking. Jerry received a Million Mile Trucking Safe Driver Award from Werner Trucking. He loved his co-workers and family as his own.
Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Dale Turner (Jonell).
Survivors include his loving wife of 30 years, Juanita Lynn Turner; daughters, Makena (Chad) Pilcher and Caitlyn Turner; mother, Shirley Miller-Stephens (Ray); brothers, Michael (Tammy) Turner, Joe Turner (Katrina Yates), John Crumpton, Jeff Crumpton; sisters, Teresa Kessinger (Brian), Jimmie Lynn Ugartechea Bonas (John), Jody Crumpton and Joy Crumpton. Jerry was a wonderful son, husband, father, brother, uncle, great-uncle, and cousin, he loved everyone so much.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Caruth Village Funeral Home.
A celebration of Jerry's life will be 1 p.m. Friday at Caruth Village Funeral Home, with Brother Roger Reid officiating.
Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery.
Pallbearers are his co-workers.
