Cutter Morning Star quarterback Peyton Mills was recently selected to attend the Elite 11 Regional in Oxford, Miss.
According to its website, Elite 11 event alumni include 27 of the 32 current NFL starting quarterbacks and 15 of the past 16 quarterbacks to win the Heisman Trophy.
