Sept. 17 Billy Dotson, 281 Willman Square, reported a theft of a license plate expiration tab. Jacob L. Thomason, Hot Springs, reported a break-in at Arkota Farms Boat and RV Storage, 345 Warwick Road. Missing were four skill saws, an 18-volt battery and two framing guns.

Putin seeks to defuse downing of Russian plane
